The VE.Bus Smart dongle is two products in one:
First, it’s the bluetooth accessory for our range of inverter/chargers: Multis, MultiPlusses, MultiPlus-II, MultiGrid, MultiGrid-II, Quattros, and our series of Phoenix inverters with a VE.Bus port . Once installed, the VictronConnect app is used to monitor operation and operate the system: change the input current limit and switch between Off, On and Charger only modes.
Second, it can work as a voltage and temperature sensing device for the inverter/charger. This works with all models, but is particularly useful in combination with the MultiPlus-II, as it has no onboard terminals for voltage and temperature sensing wiring
For monitoring, the device is a great alternative for caravans, small yachts and motorhomes for which the Color Control GX or the Venus GX are a step too far.

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The stock can change at any moment. It is possible that your order may be out of stock after the order has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we are unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
